I am curious about color work. It looks fun but kind of hard. (pinkknitini on twitter)

I would so love to read some great articles about colorwork! I want to try it out, but I'm a bit scared of it! I'd really like to try fair isle, but all of the patterns I see just seem too complicated. An article about colorwork with some sort of simple "practice" chart would be fabulous!

I've always wanted to learn lace & short rows. Both seem challenging & fun.

I am not very good at handling dpns and essentially I have a fear of them. There are a few things that I would like to make that call for them. I would love to know how to handle them as a person who does continental knitting.

I'd love to learn more about short rows. I can never seem to really wrap my mind around them and where to place them.

I'd love to know more about color work! It's something I have to admire from afar for now.

My goal for this year is to learn brioche and expand into colorwork. So those would be my technique suggestions.

I want to try colorwork this year, but I'm intimidated by all the things that could make it look bad. Some tutorials on stranded colorwork for beginners would be awesome!

I would love to see articles on specialty cast on and bind off methods. Things like Judy's Magic cast on, the picot cast on, and the miraculous stretchy bind off. So often I have a wonderful knitted item, but the edges just aren't up to the rest of the project because I don't have the perfect cast on or bind off method.

I'm a crocheter, so I always appreciate knitting blogs that take the time to demonstrate some basics! :)
Lovely yarn. @lulu_bella is my twitter handle

I would love to read about techniques on short rows and color work. I know how to do short rows but am still a little shaky and nervous while doing it. I need more confidence and reading on it will help!

I really want to learn to do colorwork this year. I also need to learn some finishing techniques such as adding icord edging, and how to make a button band that fits. Thanks much. Savannagal on Rav.

I'd really like to move on to some more complicated lace. But I really fear the fear! Lace weight scares me with all it's filagree fineness ( and my big, man hands don't help) but as a knitter, I hate not knowing techniques! I guess my determination should overtake the fear! There are just so many beautful lace patterns and gorgeous wools!

Short Rows please. Been knitting socks forever but have been intimidated to try short row heels.
